Sony Xperia Miro is now available for pre-order from online retailer store Flipkart, Infibeam and Snapdeal in India for priced at Rs.14,499. It was originally announced in June along with the Xperia tipo and Xperia tipo dual. The Xperia miro runs on Android 4.0, a 5MP rear auto focus camera, a front-facing VGA camera and a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen.
It has 3.5 mm audio jack, 800 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225chipset, FM Radio with RDS and the connectivity features include, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi b/g/n, DLNA and GPS / aGPS. It has 512MB RAM, 2.9 GB internal memory (up to 2.2 GB user-accessible memory), up to 32 GB expandable memory with microSD and comes with a 1500 mAh battery.
The smartphone is expected to ship in the 3rd week of September.
